Reset Password

This tutorial will help you know how to change your password on Smart Housing.

Step 1 - Go to the Smart Housing website. At the top, right-hand corner of the page is the gray 'Login' button. Click on this.

Step 2 - A new page will pull up that will have a box titled Login to Smart Housing. At the bottom of this box in blue it says 'Forgot Password?' Click on this.

Step 3 - In this new Password Reset box, type in the email address that you use for Smart Housing, verify that you are not a robot, and then click on 'Submit.'

Step 4 - You will see the same Password Reset box appear, but above it is a green banner, informing you that an email has been sent.

Step 5 - Login to your email. It can take up to ten minutes for the Password Reset email to appear in your inbox. Open the email and click on the green 'Reset Password' button.

Step 6 - A different Password Reset box will appear on your screen. Type in your new password, confirm the new password, then click on 'Submit.'

You have successfully reset your password.
