Changing a Resident's Lifecycle Status

Whenever you wish to make a change in a Resident's status, you may want to choose a relevant status for them.

 

 

Step 1: From your Landlord Dashboard use People Search to find the Resident you want to change the status.

Step 2 - Go to the profile page of the resident you wish to change status.

On the right-hand side you will see a row of boxes that say Lead, Applicant, Resident, and Former Resident.

Step 2 - For this case, the profile is in Former Resident status so the ‘Former Resident’ box is colored green. Now select the status you wish the resident to be (whether Lead, Applicant or Resident).

Step 3 - I select "Resident" so a small pop up appeared and asked for confirmation. Click on the green 'Yes' button to confirm.

The status will then be updated. The Resident box will now be in color green.

You have now changed the status of a Resident's profile on Smart Housing.
