Step 1. Log in to your Smart Housing account.
1a. On the upper right corner of your dashboard, click on your account's name. Then choose PROFILE.
Step 2. On your PROFILE SETTINGS, choose CLOSE ACCOUNT. Hit CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
2a. Verify.Step 3. Tell your reason/s why you would like to close your account, make sure that your account balance is zero, click CLOSE MY ACCOUNT again.3a. You have now successfully closed your account.
