How To Disable Residents Online Payments

Step 1. Log in with your landlord account on Smart Housing.

Step 2. On your dashboard, click on the name of the tenant that you want to disable the online rent payments.

Step 2a. Once you clicked on the name, this page will open up.

Scroll down and look for "Household Info".

Step 3. On the Household Info, uncheck the " Accept Online Payments", and hit save.

Once it is done, the " Online Payments Disabled" will appear on your residents dashboard, unabling them to pay rent online.
