How to Set-up Landlord's Payment Settings

Step 1. Sign into your Smart Housing account.

1a. On your dashboard, click your name that is found on the right side, then choose " settings " .

Step 2. On Settings, scroll down , choose " PAYMENT SETTINGS " then click.

2a. After clicking you will see this page, and you can now choose the account where you want your rent payments or application fees to be deposited into.

Step 3. Hit SAVE, and you now have set up your PAYMENT SETTINGS.
