Order a Credit and Background Screening

Step 1 - Sign into your Smart Housing account.

On the right side of the page click on the gray Applicants & Screening button.

Click on the applicants name.

Step 2 - You will see your applicant's name in a table, next to it you can click on highlighted "Not Ordered" button under "Screening" column. 

Step 3 - On the next page, select the product you would like to purchase.

You will be brought to a confirmation page, you can check that your order is correct and then click "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Step 4 - Select your Payment Information and click Submit Order and you're done!
