Create a Maintenance Request

Step 1 - Log in to your Smart Housing account.

Step 2 - Scroll down to see the Maintenance requests section in your dashboard. 

Then click on "Create New" button from the Maintenance requests section.

Step 3 - Fill in the required fields regarding your maintenance request, then afterwards click on "Submit Maintenance Request" button.

You have now created a maintenance request sent to your landlord for repairs and maintenance in your unit.
