How to Make Payment for Application Fee after a Completed Application

Step 1. Log in to your Smart housing account.

1a. once you are log in, this portal will show up, and click on the "pay application fee"

1b. after clicking, this portal will show up

1c. scroll down and you will see this gray box " BACK" button

Step 2. and this will lead you to Rental Application,check the small box beside " I understand and agree" then hit apply now.

 2a. and you need to fill out all the important fields in the application form especially with the red asterisk.

Step 3. After the form has filled out sign the application form then hit "next steps" , and the APPLICATION FEE page will pop up. Make sure that the details you put on your payment form will match with your application form with Smart housing.

3a. after filling out important information hit "submit payment"

3b. If you have successfully submitted your payment, you will now be able to see it on your dashboard .
