Our  Enterprise users can now use our updated Applications product - Application 2.0. It's made to make the rental application process easier than ever before. Take a look at our new design and new features.

  1. You can decide what is included in the application for rental. We do have a default application that you can use, but if you want to make some changes we can customize it for you.

  1. Co-applicants can be added to a household to make gathering applications easier.

  1. If they start a residential tenancy application and then turn in information another way, like coming to talk to you in the office, you can pull up their application and use the edit feature to add the new information they’re giving you.

  1. Once the application is complete, it’s easy to move on to the next step and order a resident screening.

  1. When you’ve reviewed the application and screening for your applicant, the option to accept or decline them is available to help you keep track of who you would like to rent to and who you wouldn’t.

Stay tuned, Landlords. Your updated Applications product is coming soon!
