Smart Lease is our newest product on the market and we can’t wait for you to see what it offers!

Send and Receive Online Leases

Don’t ever use a scanner of fax machine again! Using online leases allows you and your tenant to view and sign the lease online. Smart Lease promises online leases are secure and legally binding.

Lease Signature

Online leases can be signed and dated. This is the main feature that allows both parties to avoid the print/scan step of rental lease agreements. Touch screen computers and tablets also work well with this feature.

Upload and Use Your Own Lease

We do have a lease option available for you, but feel free to use the lease you’ve been using for the last seven years. Our software allows you to setup a personalized lease and determine which parts the tenant needs to fill out and sign.

Store Everything Online

Don’t worry about where and how to store your leases. We’ve got you covered. No more file folders, no more lockboxes, and no more mazes of clicks trying to figure out where you stored the leases on your desktop. Smart Leases takes care of everything for you.

Sign up for a landlord account with Smart Housing where you can test out Smart Lease for yourself.
