Product Release - Check Scanning

Smart Housing has just launched Check Scanning to add to its list of available products.

With the Smart Housing Check Scanning product, you will be able to keep track of how many checks have been scanned and map the amount of money scanned to make sure your accounts are all squared up.

You can then see a front and back view of each scanned check with the ability to make corrections and insert any missing information.

You can also apply the check payment to any resident already listed on your account.

And you can see a list of the checks you’ve scanned that lets you know if any of the checks are missing information before you submit the total deposit.
