Multiple Screening Packages

Find the screening package that works best for you and your needs. Whether it’s a cheaper, simpler version for student housing, or a Premium package that covers background information across all the states, Smart Housing offers multiple variations.

Debt Pie Chart

See your resident’s debt split out into a clean and easy-to-read pie chart. Rent, car loan, credit card… All major categories are listed to help you understand the potential resident’s current financial situation.

Debt-to-Income Ratio

The debt-to-income ratio is calculated within Smart Screening and laid out for you to see if they will be able to pay their rent. It’s recommended that rent not take up more than 30% of an individual’s income.

Smart Score

Smart Score is our resident scoring model that reads like a credit score so that it is familiar and easy to interpret.
