There are several options to choose from through our Smart Screening platform.

The following are the package options available when ordering a screening for a prospective resident.

After going through the rental application process, doing a screening and background check on a prospective resident is a smart idea for a number of reasons. Some of these include screening for credit history, criminal records, their credit score, and open credit lines.

Smart Screening is a quick way to find great residents for your properties and the whole process can be done online. Smart Screening provides fast access to the same screening tools enterprise property management businesses have access to without any of the hassle or friction. The Standard Package is our most popular option, but we would like to note that if you’re set on seeing the credit score, the Advanced Package is a better fit.

Once Smart Screening runs the prospective resident background check, we have a feature called Smart Score that will help you receive a clear, customized leasing recommendation based on predefined criteria. Think of it as a credit score for how good of a resident they should be, based on the numbers. Now there is no need to guess who will be worth the risk or not - we’ll help you.

If you find that a prospective tenant isn’t a good fit for your rental, that’s fine. We’ll help you screen as many as needed until you find the right resident for your property.

When you do find the resident that you want, Smart Housing will also be available to help you accept the rent online. It’s fast, simple, and convenient.

Whether you’re a small or large property owner, let us help you protect yourself against missed payments and property damages by screening your potential residents properly. Get straight facts in a simple, easy-to-read format. When screening rental applicants for your investment property, choose Smart Screening, your preferred online tenant solution.
