We’re clawing our way out of the gloom of winter to embrace what the rest of the year has to offer. There’s a lot to look forward to so we’re not complaining!
Spring - The moment is finally coming for our Landlord product to have some major upgrades. Most noticeable will be the new design which will be similar with our current Enterprise product. There will also be plugins for products expected to come out later this year.
Summer - Smart Applications will be updated. Our 2.0 version is currently available to Enterprise users but this summer will be open to Landlords and Professionals as well. Not only will the design change but property managers will be able to see where exactly potential residents are in the application process. Smart Applications is also being made to seamlessly tie in with our new Smart Lease product.
Fall - Many of our landlords have been waiting for this product and we’re happy to say that Smart Lease will be available later this year. We’re excited to show you what we’ve come up with. The product will help your business run more smoothly as more of your paperwork will be accessible on the cloud.
Winter - As concerns our product line, the last major event on our list has to do with Smart Accounting. This product will be filled out to include more features for property managers and landlords interested in using Smart Housing for all of their accounting needs.
