We’re here to tell about some new releases coming from Smart Housing. There was a lot of growth and a few additions made to the family.

Online Rent Payments, our oldest, has been doing well this year. Better than well. From December 2014 to December 2015 monthly rent processing grew by more than 175%.

Resident Screenings has been doing well also, as has its twin Smart Score. These two continue to allow landlords everywhere to obtain the information they need about applicants in order to make smart choices about who would be a good resident for their rental properties.

Our very own Online Applications has seen changes this past year. Online Applications has gone through some upgrades and will continue to see some new ones this upcoming year.

We are also so excited about the new additions. Smart Pages joined us this year in March. Smart Pages allows landlords to have website pages for their rental properties which are catered to them and are customizable.

Our second addition, arriving in April, was In-office Card Reader. This allows landlords to accept and process credit card payments in the office. Card Reader is especially helpful when accepting payments for applications, screenings, and security deposits.

Yes, it has been a good year for Smart Housing and we’re looking forward to the next year. In 2016 we anticipate some more additions, which include Accounting System and Resident Leases.

Every day, more and more people are also joining Smart Housing. If you are interested in signing up for a Smart Housing account, feel free to contact us at any time.
