Property management software is for more than just accepting rent payments. It’s more than just tenant lease agreements and rental applications. Smart Housing also offers card readers to use in your office to make property management even more convenient.

Available with a Smart Housing Account

Once you sign up for a landlord account, all of our products are available for your use. You can request an in-office card reader and when it arrives directions are available to help you get it setup on your computer.

Process Rent Payments...

Sometimes residents wait until the last minute to pay their rent. A card reader allows you to accept these last-minute rent payments and you can also print or email the receipt for your resident.

...Along with Deposits and Fees

And for all the other times you need to be able to take a payment quickly, an in-office card reader is good for that, too.

Our in-office card reader has many uses for your office. Let us know if you have need of one for your property management.
