The additions keep on coming! Two weeks ago we introduced you to the new Household feature. This week we’re going to tell you all about Knowledge Base.
Smart Housing works hard to have resources available for our users to help them know how to setup and utilize the software. We have written blogs, created how-to videos, are available to answer questions by email, chat box, and phone - but we felt that there was still more we could do.
Hence, Knowledge Base. We wanted there to be one place users could go for software instructions without having to wade through other articles not related to software. We also wanted this to be a spot that combined all of our how-to help in one place. For this, Knowledge Base is the place to go. Think of it as Smart Housing 101.
You can access Knowledge Base by going to the Smart Housing home page, and in the green bar at the top click on ‘Knowledge Base.’ Once you’re there, you will be able to sort through different articles that will give you step-by-step instructions for using different features on Smart Housing. If there is a video available, it is also included in the article. The titles will make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for and when you scroll down to the bottom of Knowledge Base, you can also sort through articles based on if you are a Landlord or a Resident.
Sometimes, you’ll still have questions and we’re still here to help. You can utilize the chat box at the bottom of the screen or call us at the number listed.
